Based in Richmond, Virginia, I Officiate Unions provides personalized wedding officiating services and is owned by Carletta Wilson. Love is a language without boundaries, and I am proud to work with all couples who want to get married. I provide table signings, non-religious elopements, and full wedding ceremonies. Vow renewals, ceremony rehearsals, same-day services are available. I would be honored to be a part of your special day and can't wait to speak with you more about your upcoming wedding.
